RETURNS

UK Delivery

We will deliver your order via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. We aim to deliver your products within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Please note, we cannot be responsible for orders once they have been signed for (confirming delivery via our couriers) at the given address.

International Delivery

We will deliver your order via Royal Mail or DPD. International delivery can take more than 10 working days. Delivery is £25 and does not cover any potential charge at customs. 

Payment

When payment is debited from your account, you will receive an email acknowledging your product order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks by the issuer of the card. We retain the legal ownership of your order until full payment has been received by us.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any Nourish by SK product returned to us within seven days of receipt- provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and the condition of the products will be determined before processing the refund/exchange. Once a refund is approved, the amount (paid by bank transfer) may take up to thirty days to be completely processed. Postage and freight charges will not be refunded.

If you must return goods that may have arrived damaged, please notify us within seven working days inclusive of the delivery day. Please email us on info@nourishbysk.co.uk with your customer order number, the products which are being returned and why.

We advise that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. Our postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the event of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Inspection of Your Order

As soon as we receive your product order, we will notify you by email. If in any instance the order contains an out of stock item, there is an error in the transaction, or we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, we may not accept your order. We will notify you by email or telephone in this instance. We reserve the right to reject any order placed by you at any time. Please check your products upon receipt including delivery handling. You may cancel your order with your cancellation rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products. Our Customer Service Department will require an email or letter to include details of the products to be returned. These must be in original and unused condition. T&C’s for Subscription Purchases

3 Month Subscription: A 3-month supply of Hair Formula is automatically delivered to you every 3 months. Your card will be automatically charged every 3 months. You can cancel your subscription after the first 6 months. If you wish to cancel, do let us know before your next payment is due to be taken.

12 Month Subscription: A 12 month supply of Hair Formula is delivered to you once you apply and pay for the 12 month subscription. 1 year later your card will automatically be charged again and you will receive your 12 month supply again. You can cancel this subscription after the first 12 months. If you wish to cancel, do let us know before your next payment is due to be taken.
