OVERVIEW
Nourish by SK Skin Formula contains cocoa extract (providing flavanols), maritime bark extract (providing proanthocyanidins), bilberry extract (providing anthocyanosides), beta-carotene, lycopene, lutein, 1-3, 1-6 beta glucan and astaxanthin along with biotin, pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin C, silica, zinc, copper, iodine, selenium, and MSM.
Biotin, zinc and vitamin C contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. As antioxidants, Vitamin C, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.
Vitamin C (from acerola cherry) contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
Other nutrients in the Skin formula include silica (from horsetail extract), copper, vitamin B5 and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane).

DIRECTIONS
Take 1 capsule daily with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.

I have possibly the most sensitive skin and I can’t use any products off the shelve. For years I’ve struggled and despite using medical grade skin care products and going for regular medical grade facials didn’t really solve the problem entirely. I often get those tiny white bumps on my face usually 2-3 weeks after a facial,I can’t skip any monthly sessions. I’ve been a loyalist for the hair supplement over a year now, so decided to try on the skin supplements when it was introduced. I can say it’s the best thing invented. I no longer have those tiny bumps on my face and I haven’t gone for facial in 5months due to lockdown and my skin has never looked so amazing! I'm taking hair and skin supplements for about more than a year now ..I can see the results ..My skin looks lighter and smooth ..My hair growth is ok but still i have hair fall ..maybe I didn't had hair supplement for some months but just started taking it again .. Overall good results and I'm liking to see more from it ..Thank you Sana for your good service and for awesome products 😊
