MEET SANA KHAN

You cannot mention Nourish by SK without Sana Khan (SK).

Sana, who is a board-certified Nutrition Consultant, specializes in anti-ageing and skin health. Practicing at the Food Doctor Clinic in Harley Street, London, Sana worked with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds, helping them meet their goals through tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Sana focused her efforts towards developing lifestyle and nutrition strategies for various skin conditions.

Sana has been a longstanding member of the CNHC and the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT). She is also an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine. She holds skin health and anti-ageing workshops and has been a speaker for several health related conferences and seminars.

She is also regularly featured in national and international publications like Vogue, Grazia, Evening Standard, Forbes, Elle, along with a number of television appearances including London Live TV. Along with Nourish by SK, Sana is also the founder and lead aesthetician for Avicenna Wellbeing in Marylebone.

No matter where you are on your journey to a healthy lifestyle, I want to help you reach your goals.

Nourish by SK was born out of my own experience with battling frequent acne and hair loss as a teen. Over the years, I engaged in a lot of trial and error to find a solution that worked for me. Having acknowledged the importance of good nutrition, I began my personal and professional study into its link with hair health and treating hair loss conditions.

With a background in aesthetics & nutrition, I was inspired to develop a formula that would help men and women manage hair loss and other hair related issues.

What began as a personal study to assist my clients with maintaining healthy hair, has now evolved into an established brand dedicated to delivering an avenue to reaching results for men and women all over the world. From designing my own packaging to watching batches fly off the virtual shelves, Nourish by Sana Khan has been a labor of love for me.

I can’t live without that Masque anymore !

I stopped straightening my hair in the last few months and started the journey of finding products for wavy and voluminous hair that work for me. The conditioning mask worked really well as it nourished my hair. My hair became shinier and less frizzy.

Saved my dry hair and brought it back to life!

This masque is a staple in my haircare routine!

I’ve been using it for 5 months now as an overnight conditioning masque and whenever I wash my hair in the morning it feels so soft and nourished.

Makes my hair feel great!
