How should I take the Nourish by SK™ supplements?

We recommend you have two capsules daily with water ideally with breakfast or lunch. If you have had sensitivity to supplements in the past or have certain intolerances to supplementation, we recommend starting with 1 capsule daily and build up the dose to two over the course of 3 weeks. Remember if you are in any doubt or take medication/have a condition we recommend speaking to your doctor before commencing with Nourish by SK supplements.

How long until I start to see a difference?

A minimum of three months is advised to take the supplementation for maximum benefit. The results will depend on the person and their specific circumstances and health status. Some of the clients have reported to notice a difference in thickness and strength within weeks of taking Nourish by SK Hair Formula.

Can I take Nourish by SK with my other supplements and medication?

It is vital that you are not exceeding any dose of nutrients therefore speak to a Nutritionist for advice on supplementation in addition to Nourish by SK products. Also, if you are taking any medication, check with your doctor for any possible interactions and contraindications. If you experience any unusual or severe symptoms of any kind, stop taking Nourish by SK products and seek medical advice immediately.

If I take the Hair formula, will this also help my skin?

The health of the skin is often linked to nutrition, lifestyle, digestion and sleeping patterns. The Hair Formula contains Zinc which not only supports hair health but also contributes to the maintenance of normal nails and skin.

Are Nourish by SK products safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

We do not recommend taking the Nourish by SK products when pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are in doubt, speak to your doctor.

How should I take Nourish by SK Skin Formula?

Take 1 capsule daily with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.

Can anyone take the Skin Formula?

Suitable above the ages of 18. This product is not suitable for children or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any medication or have underlying health conditions, please check with your doctor or practitioner before taking this product.

How long will it be until I notice changes?

This depends on individual requirements, health status, age and other intrinsic and extrinsic factors. We recommend to try our skin formula for 1 to 3 months ideally.

What if I am taking other supplements, am I able to take the Skin Formula too?

We recommend that if you are taking other supplements, then to check with your practitioner to ensure they are safe to take together to prevent potential interactions.

Can I take Nourish by SK products with my medication?

If you are taking medication or are under medical supervision, you should consult your doctor first. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

 

What if I am allergic to ingredients in Nourish by SK products?

Although Nourish by SK products do not contain common allergens, it is still vital to read the ingredients carefully if you have allergies.

 

Is this suitable for vegetarians?

Our Skin Formula is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is also free from GMO, gluten-free, free from wheat, soy, dairy, added sugar, flavourings & colourings.
